The 17-acre ABQ Uptown development is a unique, mixed-use urban redevelopment project in Albuquerque that embraces the concept of “live-work-play.” With 900,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space as well as room for up to 700 apartment units, ABQ Uptown has become the centerpiece of Albuquerque’s premier commercial and office district. BHI provided the expertise to ensure that the local infrastructure could accommodate the development with traffic analysis and site surveying services, along with the design of roadways, water, sewer and storm drainage facilities, both on and off site.
